By renting a vehicle from TNG Rental Cars you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Reservations are not require a deposit. The payment can be made either online or on the spot ( Credit/Debit Card-Cash).
Cancellation policies apply, and fees may be incurred for no-shows or late returns.

Rental rates, fees, and charges will be as outlined in your rental agreement.
Late return fees, refueling charges, and cleaning fees may apply.

5. Security Deposit:

Security deposit is not required.

Renters are responsible for maintaining the vehicle and returning it in the same condition.

8. Use of Vehicle:

Unauthorized uses, such as racing or off-road driving, are prohibited.

9. Fuel Policy:

Our fuel policy, typically Same-to-Same, will be explained at the time of rental.
A refueling charge will apply if the vehicle is not returned with the required fuel level.

10. Maintenance and Repairs:

Routine maintenance is the responsibility of TNG Rental Cars.
Renters are responsible for reporting any issues or damages during the rental period.

11. Accidents and Damage:

Procedures for accidents and damage reporting will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Renters must promptly report any accidents or damage and follow the provided instructions.

12. Return of Vehicle:

Vehicles must be returned to the specified location and by the agreed-upon time.
Late return charges and penalties may apply.

13. Termination of Rental:

TNG Rental Cars reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement under certain conditions.
